High Definition TV Distribution Systems

Full Definition TV Distribution Systems

November 2009 saw the introduction of FoxSports HD into the commercial arena which will find its way into almost every single pub and club in all of Australia over the next few years. Combined with the Free to Air HD content available on 7HD, 9HD, 10HD, OneHD and SBSHD, there has never been a better time to upgrade to a Full HD TV Distribution System.

AAACOM can provide a complete end to end solution for your venue guiding you through the whole process from start to finish. Although it may sound expensive, you will be surprised by just how cost effectively we can turn your venue into a high definition TV distributing machine.

We have several different installation methods to provide high definition pictures, some of which do not even need new cabling.

One of the most common misconceptions is that people think you need a Full HD TV to benefit from a Digital TV distribution system. Even if you have a 10 year old plasma, it will still have a minimum resolution of 800 x 600 which will see a marked improvement when compared to a standard analog TV distribution system.

Don’t hesitate to give us a call so we can send out an expert to come out obligation free and examine your system, hear your needs and then offer our advice on how we can achieve them.

Full HD HDMI Matrix TV Distribution Systems

HDMI is the format of the future, every new TV comes out supporting 1.3b HDMI connections. It has the full support of all the big media companies and is the premier distribution method for high definition TV signals. HDMI is able to carry sound as well as a Full HD 1920x1080 (1080P) picture. If you want the best then look no further than a Full HD HDMI Matrix TV Distribution System!

The easiest way to distribute a HD picture throughout a venue is with a HDMI matrix system. The technology is new and it’s very important that you use a good quality brand. AAACOM has several brands of HDMI matrix systems that allow a venue to easily manipulate any HD content onto any TV they like with ease. A HDMI Matrix system allows you to select any TV you want easily and then pick the HD channel you want to show it, it’s just two simple buttons. We have matrix switches for 2 HD inputs to 8 TV’s right up to 24 HD inputs to as many TV’s as you want. Let us know what you need and we will create a cost effective solution for you!

Full HD Component Matrix TV Distribution Systems

Before HDMI, there was component cabling also known as RGB (Red, Green and Blue) for the distribution of HD pictures. A big misconception that is often carried around by many within the industry is that component is not as good. In fact, component while being an analog signal will provide you just as good quality as HDMI. The only disadvantages of component cabling is that you need 3 cables for every TV and that it does not carry sound. For all intensive purposes, component is a great way to distribute HD pictures and quite often is the most effective way for many venues because they have HD TV’s with component inputs and no HDMI inputs.

HD Terrestrial Modulation TV Distribution Systems

HD Terrestrial Modulation TV Distribution Systems

Recently, HD terrestrial TV modulators have been released into the market place that allow you to distribute HD pictures throughout your existing RF cabling. While not being in full HD, it still allows a far better picture to get through your existing RF system  when compared with your analog modulation. This quite often will be the best option for very big venues and venues that have a lot of High Definition TV’s with inbuilt digital TV tuners that are heritage listed.

High Quality Analog Modulation TV Distribution Systems

High Quality Analog Modulation TV Distribution Systems

If you get a FoxSports HD decoder in your venue, you will see a marked improvement in picture quality even if you feed it through your existing analog modulation system. A lot depends on the quality of the modulators that you use in your venue but by simply getting a few HD terrestrial digital boxes for each TV channel and feeding them through your RF system will result in a much clearer picture. What is amazing is the amount of venues who don’t realise that they have a good quality aerial feeding into their RF system and their TV’s aren’t even tuned in for the HD free to air channels!
